UBC Cancer Study Needs South Asian Patients 65 And Over

Almost 1 in 3 persons have cancer related issues so studying various types of cancers in very important. It would be greatly appreciated if the awareness of this study can be enhanced so people experiencing blood cancer and their families can participate and share their perspectives
Research team at the University of British Columbia is conducting a study on the experiences of South Asian older adults diagnosed with blood cancer, as well as their caregivers.
Dr. Sandeep Dhillon is hoping to speak with South Asian older adults (65+) who have been diagnosed with blood cancer in the past 2 years or are currently receiving treatment and/or their family caregivers. These interviews will be done virtually or by phone and participants will receive a $50 gift card for their time.
