Surrey RCMP Seek Help To Locate Missing Indo-Canadian Man
Gurwinder Kular was last seen on January 15, 2021, near the intersection of 72 Avenue and 137 Street. He is known to frequent this area as well as Surrey Central and the Guildford area.

SURREY - Surrey RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Indo-Canadian man from Surrey.
Gurwinder Kular was last seen on January 15, 2021, near the intersection of 72 Avenue and 137 Street. He is known to frequent this area as well as Surrey Central and the Guildford area.
Kular is described as a 32-year-old South Asian man, 5'8" tall, medium build, with short black hair and a short black beard (please see attached photo). He has a visible half inch scar in the middle of his forehead.
