Gunfire Exchanged In Brazen Shooting Near North Delta Superstore

Officers responded Monday afternoon to a brazen drive-by shooting near Superstore in North Delta. Multiple reports came in around 2:30 p.m. of a drive-by shooting near Scott Road and 82nd Avenue, reads a release from Delta Police. Spokesperson Cris Leykauf says shots were apparently exchanged between people in two vehicles. Bullet casings have been recovered, she adds.

Officers responded Monday afternoon to a brazen drive-by shooting near Superstore in North Delta.
Multiple reports came in around 2:30 p.m. of a drive-by shooting near Scott Road and 82nd Avenue, reads a release from Delta Police.
Spokesperson Cris Leykauf says shots were apparently exchanged between people in two vehicles. Bullet casings have been recovered, she adds.
There haven’t been any reports of victims or injuries, according to police.
No information about the vehicles is being released at this time.
Officers were on the scene investigating and speaking with witnesses. Anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to call Delta Police at 604-946-4411, with file 20-22716.
