ABBOTSFORD – Fraser Health is warning worshippers at Abbotsford’s Gurdwara Sahib Kalidhar Darbar Sahib that they may have been exposed to COVID-19 after a person at the temple tested positive of the virus.

In a letter dated June 14, Fraser Health said anyone who visited the temple on June 7 and 8 between 9 am and 12 noon should check for signs for COVID-19 exposure as one person at the temple has the virus.

“If you were at the temple on the above dates, please check for the common signs of exposure such as cough, fever, headache, loss of appetite and others until June 22, the mandatory 14 days of quarantine required as it takes the virus time to present itself,” Fraser Health said in a press release.

Those having the signs are asked to get tested and see a doctor or other public health emergency personnel.
