SURREY – Instead of giving a major break on the spring water and sewer bills to residents, Surrey is giving a 90-day extension to pay the annual Flat Water and Sewer payment which was due on April 2.

The City of Surrey sent out a press release Wednesday that  the Flat Water and Sewer payment will be extended by 90 days. The grace period has been endorsed by City Council and the payment is now due July 2, 2020.
