The local Sikh community quickly mobilized to help BC flood victims with Gurdwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib and Guru Nanak Food Bank of Surrey BC making food packets and other items and sending them to the flood relief areas via private chartered helicopters from November 16.  The organizations are also asking anyone willing to help or contribute to contact them at the numbers below.  They are looking for volunteers to make things possible, for more information call 1.604.780.2573 or 1.604.537.1440 or WhatsApp at 1.604.512.1200.
