The best thing about America is neither its wealth nor its weaponry, but its love of liberty.

As Joe Biden takes the United States Presidential oath on Wednesday, January 20, the people of America embrace a new phase of political life. With that the tumultuous and turbulence tenure of Trump administration come to terminate,

Biden brings a beacon of hope. This is the time to heal America in his victory speech, intended to forgive and move forward to restore harmony and the economy and focus on the pandemic fight.

Four years ago, Donald Trump promulgated "Make America Great Again" that thing bygone.  Joe Biden will have to "Make America Normal Again". Indeed, that may be its correct path to greatness.  Biden needs to not only to bring back America to decency but also competence even though the task ahead is a challenging one for Biden.

Canada and the USA are enjoying geographical continuity for a long while.  It is expected that Canada-USA Bi-lateral relation will be normalised. The two neighbouring countries need to have hassle- free business partnership, allowing ample opportunity to develop business trade with minimal restriction that will make substantial economic progress.

Not like before when it was difficult in dealing with lumber trade, new policies need reforms. Less tax and relaxation policy, free flow of import-export business will lead to better trade in lumber and other areas.

The new administration is likely to encounter odds and obstacles in pushing some of its policies at domestic and international fronts. Only adoption of prudent plans, achievable objectives and ideational restructure will make a difference.

The United States is one of the nations where leadership could be changed but chances are less in changing policy. Under the new President, the next four years could determine whether the US re-establishes itself as the world's premier power or continue to decline.

Any global political policy dictated through American diplomacy quite often impacts covertly or overtly in shaping countries political destiny, whether it is paradoxical or paragon one.

If the United States has a desire holding onto its former superpower status then requires rapid reframing foreign policy. While tackling the international issues like war on terrorism, global warming, hate crimes, humanitarian crisis, refugees and nuclear disarmament, US power failed to demonstrate equilibrium of fairness and justice.

In its opinion and approach America appeared to be hypocritical.  The former superpower drifted away from the fundamentals of the best democratic, egalitarian and liberal tradition the nation was built on.  What steps will the Biden- Harris administration take to improve reputation?

The modern political norms are different. Biden will have to do bridge-building across the bitter polarisation of the divided world community.  True success can be achieved only when each nation recognizes the right of others.

Biden assumes the power of a country in decline at that moment. The world will keep an intense eye on how Biden, the veteran political stalwart, strives to fulfill his commitment to a better world.  He will need to articulate his strategy in order to make politics - social liberal, economic - inclusive and democratic.
