Police Seek Public’s Help In Connection With Vehicle Possibly Involved In Surrey Shooting

Surrey RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance regarding a vehicle of interest in an ongoing investigation with the vehicle possibly involved in a shooting in Surrey in late December. On December 27, 2023 at approximately 8:03 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a residence in the 14900-block of 80 Avenue. The vehicle is believed to be a blue, 4-door hatchback, Mitsubishi Mirage GT or SE between the model years 2017 and 2019.

SURREY - Surrey RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance regarding a vehicle of interest in an ongoing investigation with the vehicle possibly involved in a shooting in Surrey in late December.
On December 27, 2023 at approximately 8:03 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a residence in the 14900-block of 80 Avenue.
“Thankfully no one was injured during this incident,” says RCMP Media Relations Officer Corporal Sarbjit Sangha. “The Surrey RCMP General Investigation Unit has been working to advance the investigation and a vehicle of interest has been identified,” said Sangha.
The vehicle is believed to be a blue, 4-door hatchback, Mitsubishi Mirage GT or SE between the model years 2017 and 2019.
Anyone who may have witnessed this vehicle in the 14900-block of 80 Avenue on December 27, 2023 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. or if anyone has information about this vehicle, please call the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502, and quote file number 2023-210482.
