AHMEDABAD - In a GoAir flight from Ahmedabad to Jaipur in India had to be delayed due to two pigeons boarding the plane right as it was getting prepared for take-off.  

In a now viral video the flight was able to depart after crew members managed to get the birds to leave the plane by opening the aircrafts doors. Video capture of the pigeon in plane incident has been circulated all over social media.

The video displays one pigeon flying around the airplane, flying past cabin members and passengers, who are seen ducking to avoid the bird. You are able to see another passenger try to catch the pigeon mid-air. 

One Twitter user shared a message saying the flight got delayed by 30 minutes due to the chaos of the pigeons on board the plane.

NDTV reported a statement that the Indian Airline said “"GoAir regrets any inconvenience caused to its passengers and requests the airport authorities to get rid of this menace."

The GoAir Flight from Ahmedabad to Jaipur landed at Jaipur airport around 6:45p.m, about 30 minutes after its scheduled arrival time said by a spokesperson for the airline. 

Here are some funny comments made about the clip by Twitter users:

"So, a bored pigeon boarded the Ahmedabad-Jaipur @goairlinesindia flight yesterday," a user said. Several others said that the incident was bizarre.
