CORONAVIRUS ISN’T GOING TO KILL YOU – But It Could Be Deadly For Your Elderly And Sick Loved Ones
- March 14, 2020
While this pandemic has created great fear and fear-mongering has led to panic buying of toilet paper among other items, there is no need to panic unless it’s your nature and stupidity to do so. The world isn’t ending because of some common cold that doesn’t have a cure yet and nearly 90 percent of the healthy individuals are safe even if they catch the virus. SO RELAX!!!

The Coronavirus, aka COVID-19, pandemic has become all pervasive in our lives from the sheer glut of information that is hitting us about everything from it’s quick spread to everything being cancelled to stop that spread.
As many have pointed out, the virus itself like the common cold is not DEADLY to vast majority of people – anywhere up to 80-90 percent of the people will not be harmed and will not get terribly sick and can recover without the existing vaccine by isolating themselves and using whatever is available to fight it.
But for the 10-20 percent highly vulnerable people, especially the elderly and sick with not a strong immune system, the virus can be very harmful and even deadly as seen by the nearly 5000 people who have died from the virus.
So take precaution and generally do not get too close, just to be safe, to those in your close circles who you may feel might be harmed even if you are not having any symptoms as it takes days if not weeks before symptoms can become fully known.
In the meantime, enjoy life and do the things you want – of course there are not going to be many options as many large gatherings have been cancelled and even general entertainment like movie theatres are down to 50 percent capacity due to the government directive that gathering larger than 250 people are not being allowed.
SO RELAX!!!
Here is what naturalist Megan Pennington has to say about precaution and naturally being safe:
- The immune system is what protects the body from viral and bacterial attacks, such as COVID 19. Multiple factors such as stress, toxins, certain medications, mental state and diet all suppress the immune system, increasing the likelihood of you getting sick. I will provide a list of habits that will boost the immune system's effectiveness.
- 80% of the immune system is located in the gut, therefore food plays a major role in its ability to counteract an infection.
- If the immune system has become reactive to a handful of foods (which is the case for every client I have ever tested), it will have less bandwidth to protect the body from attack.
- There is a simple test I recommend for identifying one's food triggers, so that these can be removed and the immune system can regain its full power against bacteria and viruses. It is a simple and effective way to protect against COVID 19 and future bacterial or viral outbreaks.
