NEW WESTMINSTER – The Khalsa Diwan Society, New Westminster has notified police that a priest named Bhai Harvinder Singh, who had been working at the temple for the last five to six months, suddenly went missing on the night of November 4, taking all of his belongings with him.
The temple executive is worried that Singh, who had been a Granthi at the temple, might have run away. They have made attempts to locate him but Singh has not been found, forcing them to inform the authorities.
They are asking anyone who may have knowledge of Singh's whereabouts to contact the Gurdwara or the police. The temple is also warning the community who may associate with Singh to be aware that he is no longer associated with the society and they are not responsible for his actions.
