The Burnaby RCMP are seeking the public’s help in locating a South Asian woman who has been missing for over two weeks. Police released a new photo and new information in the hopes it will jog someone’s memory and help investigators locate Reshmi “Rose” Mani.

BURNABY - The Burnaby RCMP are seeking the public’s help in locating a South Asian woman who has been missing for over two weeks.

Police released a new photo and new information in the hopes it will jog someone’s memory and help investigators locate Reshmi “Rose” Mani.

On January 13, 2022, the Burnaby RCMP released a photo and some preliminary information about Rose.

The investigation has since revealed that Rose was near King George Blvd and 108 Avenue in Surrey at 2:14 p.m., on January 7, 2022.

A surveillance camera photo from that afternoon shows Rose wearing a black hooded jacket and a blue face covering.

She is described as:

  •         South Asian
  •         5’3” tall
  •         110 pounds
  •         Black hair
  •         Brown eyes

Police also know that Rose was in the King George Blvd and Scott Road area approximately 45 minutes after the above photo was taken.

 “We really need the public’s assistance in locating Rose,” said Corporal Mike Kalanj with the Burnaby RCMP “Please share her photo and this new information.”
