Another Shooting In Surrey Leaves One Man Dead

Another shooting in Surrey Friday morning leaves one dead. Surrey RCMP said on June 7, 2024 at approximately 8:46 a.m., they responded to a shooting in the residential area of 164 Street and 10 Avenue that has left one man deceased. When officers arrived on scene, they located an adult male victim who had sustained injuries and was later pronounced deceased at the scene.

SURREY – Another shooting in Surrey Friday morning leaves one dead
Surrey RCMP said on June 7, 2024 at approximately 8:46 a.m., they responded to a shooting in the residential area of 164 Street and 10 Avenue that has left one man deceased.
When officers arrived on scene, they located an adult male victim who had sustained injuries and was later pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police are investigating whether a burned vehicle located a short time later in the area of 18500 area of McMillan Road is connected to the homicide.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) was called and will be working in partnership with Surrey RCMP.
Police are currently in the evidence gathering phase; no further information will be provided at this time. Further details and media availability will be handled by the IHIT Media Relations Officer.
