The 39th Anniversary of the bombing of Air India flight 182 on June 23, 1985, off the coast of Ireland which killed 329 people, was observed on Sunday in Vancouver. A second incident at Japan’s Narita airport where an explosion in the luggage meant for another Air India plane on the same day killed two baggage handlers remains unsolved. However, the $100s of millions costing RCMP investigation continues. And given the recent aggression in Canada by Indian government agencies, the RCMP can also investigate the Indian government’s role in the conspiracy to bomb the dual Air India flights. Canadian Sikh have long said that it was Indian government agents who funded the Air India bombings to give Sikhs a bad name and DESIBUZZCanada sources say that RCMP is now seriously looking into this angle. Indian government agencies hired criminals sent from India posing as students and killed a Sikh-Canadian leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar and attempted to kill Khalistan movement leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Memorial for Air India bombing victims in Vancouver was held at 6.30pm-7.30pm at the Air India Memorial at Ceperley Park within Stanley Park - 8701 Stanley Park Dr., Vancouver.
